Welcome to the Meditation & Mindfulness Online Course

Hi it brings me great pleasure bringing you this meditation and mindfulness course. It can be completed over four weeks and is broken up not four workbooks.. You may take longer if you need. You have a workbook for each week and may print it to follow and complete the home practice. If you do not have access to a printer I would suggest you purchase a note book to write your answers and and questions you may have.
