Week 7 – It’s a wrap!

During this lesson we will briefly run through what we have learnt and will leave you with some Tai Chi moves to help you feel good everyday. I would like to say a big thank you for joining me and completing the Let’s Chill online program… CONGRATULATIONS!

I hope you have some new life skills, tools and strategies you can apply to your everyday life. Your life and your wellness is the most important thing you can give time to. Always find to be practice your values, kindness, gratitude and building your self esteem.
